From the top of Vulcan road(on the hill where there are houses to the bottom where the butchers shop is- the whole hill) needs to be cleaned properly as this sign has been there for approx over a month on the floor and litter has not been cleaned. Making the road look messy and unpleasant. Including cleaning the road as well as pavement. Throughly clean on a daily/regular basis. Please resolve this matter asap.Thank you. There is a park opposite my house and it was well maintained until a few months ago. Grass has not been cut since the beginning of the year and not sure if it is your responsibility. There are seriously overgrown trees completely blocking the pavement along side multiple cars blocking the pavement outside 20
Albert Road on a permanent basis. This is a conjoining road with cars coming from multiple directions.
I have asked the owner of the property and his staff to cut the trees multiple times but it has been ignored. This needs to be sorted ASAP, this pavement is the only road that links 2 schools with children from the local area walking to class. As for the cars parked there needs to be double yellow lines drawn. This property is located on a bend and cars located on both sides blocks traffic.-20 Albert Road

Surely the council can issue fines for this illegal behaviour and save themselves from bankruptcy. Hi,
we have chronic issues of poor parking on our cul de sac mostly by people who park and leave to town - it is a very thin street and some people park on both sides, on the pavement and also blocking the road in such a way that no emergency or service vehicles can get through - I have attached some photos to illustrate - it is worse on match days but recently even during working days - people going off to work after parking poorly - 2 days ago I had a skip scheduled to come and take away waste form my house further down the street but it could not get through and sometimes it is very hard to squeeze through even with a normal vehicle.
Unfortunately as is is a cul de sac, there are no restrictions placed ; and in an area surrounded by permit parking we are not a permit parking street making us even more vulnerable - neighbours have reported that if they do ever confront the people parking here they are faced with aggression.
I feel either there should be enforceable restrictions put in place - permit parking, residents only etc. or road markings made to mark how much space a fire engine would need to get through; or potentially barring one side of the street for parking - it is mostly an issue in the mid section of our street -7 Westleigh Avenue, Leicester, LE3 0HG
