There's a couple lights on livingstone street not coming on at night, unfortunately they're by each other leaving a large "dark spot" on the street. This bin has been full to overflowing for weeks, to the extent that people are now beginning to fly tip next to it. Rubbish is being left on a planted flowerbed, damaging the plants. When speaking to park cleaners, they deny responsibility for emptying the bin; when speaking to street cleaners, who regularly sit outside the neighbourhood centre for their lengthy breaks, they also deny responsibility for emptying it.-20 Rothley Street, Leicester, LE4 6LF

There is a dead branch that sometimes sticks out into the road, I reported it to LCC, but they said it was in the City. It’s on the left about 100 metres from the Keyham Road West junction. It’s past the dangerous piece of road on the left where there is a big drop at the side of the road. Can this also be investigated and maybe filled with gravel to make it less dangerous if any vehicle is unfortunate enough to go slightly over the edge of the road.-63 Raywell Road, Leicester, LE5 1WU
