The garden is covered with dense vegetation, including brambles and weeds, and contains a significant amount of accumulated waste, discarded materials, and old furniture. The lack of maintenance has created conditions that HAVE attracted rodents, particularly rats and mice, which have made their way into our house. This property is also causing a problem for the houses it backs onto, with the overgrowth invading other gardens & rats being spotted regularly .-30 Myrtle Road, Leicester, LE2 1FT

We have an alleyway at the back of mine and 4 other properties that’s our way out of the property from the back. But it’s impossible for us to get out that way because there’s a couple of buddlea trees that have grown there and some fly tipping, including mattress and other household things, I can’t see as it’s so overgrown.
