My neighbor at 665 Welford Road is parking a large trailer on the grass verge right outside my property. This is a large trailer and is unacceptable and is obstructing my view. It is parked on my half and their own half of the verge for several hours.. They are constantly parking their vehicles on the verge and damaging the grass. thank you. Quote: "You can’t legally park on a grass verge. When it comes to parking, there are specific legal requirements that must be followed.
