This Husky is often off his leash and deficates around this area. Today i saw the dog deficating near this tree as the owner was waking iff. Once she seen me video the dog she came back closer to the dog. Wether the mess was removed or not i am not sure. I did not stick around to find out as this dog is often out of control of the owner and does not listen to her instructions. The primary owner of the dog might be a male who is agressive when told to leash the dog or clean up after the dog.
