These markings were placed before street reopened last July but in September we were informed by Highways on a street tour that no works were planned here. None has occurred in 8 months and we now assume it is graffiti. Nobody knows who placed them. Could the markings please be removed? Thank you. -Apartment 1, Phoenix Square, 11 Morledge Street, Leicester, LE1 1TH
