They are never putting the bags with waste in the bin...all road is full of nappies,we have cats roaming through those bin bags and they are never cleaning it.they do not care that there is a parking space that can be used so they are literally keeping all sorts of rubbish there.it is 6 months since they are doing this.we are having kids playing around and no one is doing anything about the mess around-48 Campion Walk, Leicester, UK

Before 2-3 weeks during early hours, someone has emptied the old houshold furniture, mattresses, various bags & bed including headboard outside our garden in a communal area. Its causing significant issue for us to.move around & vehicles are also having troubles navigating around the abandoned items. I have cleared what I could but these bulky waste abandoned items are beyond our means to manage it. Could someone take a prompt action as this is attracting more fly tipping & attracting rats-110B, Ross Walk, Leicester, LE4 5HH
