Area has become increasingly hazardous for pedestrians due to a growing number of vehicles being parked on pavements. Actually one of the house moved to other place and they put garbage in the street and now people have made it a dumping area and other people are adding stuff to it. Lots of cars but in particular a large black Jeep consistently parks on the double yellow lines at the junction between allendale road and Francis street. It blocks the view to be able to turn down Francis street and today stopped a driver being able to reverse and turn their car. The driver has been asked to move on two occasions I’m aware of but stated ‘yeah it’s nice isn’t it’ when I asked if he knew he had parked on double yellows today. -42 Francis Street, Leicester, LE2 2BD
