Hi, this section of the outer Ring Road is 40mph and you often get vehicles travelling at more than 50mph. The shrubs along the road are dangerously restricting the view when joining the Ring Road from Southland Road. Can you please cut the shrubs back to open up the view of traffic coming from the Race Course side. Or if possible reduce the speed of the road to 30mph on this section-2A, Southland Road, Leicester, LE2 3RJ
