I live in 38 beggrave street and my neighbour on 36 beggrave street between this two house we have narrow aisle to take out the bin but there was a work going on our neighbour 36 and owner of the house left stuff on narrow aisle example tiles and sand bags and it’s been more than 4 weeks owner of the house still hasn’t clean the stuff and we can’t take out our bins for more than 4 weeks I’ve spoke with the owner. There's a large and persistent rat problem in Castle Gardens. I've seen at least one every time I've walked through in broad daylight and saw three today. I have a video of one scurrying about. It's very off-putting and unhygienic, and makes the park unusable for anything but the fastest short cut.
