This has been reported 5 days ago and the fly-tipping is still there. The bags have been ripped into and people’s rubbish is being dumped on top of the bags. Fly-tipping - AGAIN - on Woodville Road. It is making the area of Fosse look really trampy, unclean and dirty for all residents who live in the Fosse area. Fly-tipping is a massive issue in Fosse and the council do not seem to care. This supported by this being reported 5 days ago!

I hope you are well.
In the vicinity of LE5 3QW there has been excess litter everywhere on the streets. No one has come to pick the litter in a long time. This has left the condition in an appalling state and an open invitation to mice and vermin. It came to the stage that the a few people came together to pick up as much as they could which should never have to be the case. I ask you to take immediate action.
