We have a dedicated alley which we use to keep our bins and recycling bags for the entire neighbourhood, ready to be collected by the waste team the next day. However, the past recent weeks, people have been placing bins and extra litter on the street as show in the photo, restricting pedestrian access on that side of the street. This causes a lot of issue for people who are elderly and also those who have mobility issues as you’d have to detour onto the road then back onto the pavement which is just not acceptable. I have repeatedly reported bins left on pavement alongside #10 to the alleyway to rear of those properties. They intrude on access for myself on a mobility scooter alongside the green area There is potential to block access for the disabled, elderly and prams The bins are permanently left along there -19 Wensley Rise, Leicester, LE2 9SA
