He came last week to fix it but unfortunately it still doesn't work. Didn't even light up on the first night after the so called repair. I am reporting fly tipping which is happening on the cross over between St Leonards Road and Montague in the car park where the bins are stored. At the moment there is a suitcase (which is very heavy) which has been there for a few weeks, there are some folding chairs and also a huge roll of bubble wrap has arrived today. It all makes the area look a mess. The expectation is that the refuse people will take it away when they empty the bins which they obviously will not as it is not normal household rubbish. -95A St Leonards Rd, Leicester, UK
