The driver parked the car in front of my underground basement car parking ,the car was locked and nobody was inside.Its blocked my way to get in and get out in to my flat .I came from my 12 hours shift for an emergency to pick my newborn baby to hospital ,unfortunately i cant park my car outside i was stucked in the road for a long time during the night.-1 White Friars, Leicester, LE1 5NF

Two vehicles parked illegally. The black BMW is parked with all four wheels on the pavement, both the black BMW and the grey Mercedes are blocking raised crossing points. This image shows FOUR cars Illegally parked on the Granby Street pedestrian and cycle zone that is between Northampton Street and St Georges Way. This section of pedestrian zone has become a cruising strip for drivers and is a very dangerous place for pedestrians and people on bicycles. The road traffic signs make it clear that driving and parking motor vehicles is illegal on this section of Granby Street between 9am and 5am (Sat) and 11am and 5am (Sun-Fri).
