I have a car parked on my back entrance drop kerb - which is acess to my gate where I need to have acess in order to charge my electric vehicle - the charging port is inside my gate - this vehicle is obstructing my entrance I contacted 101 and reported it to them however Unfortunately,they have been unable to locate contact details for the registered keeper of the vehicle in question and have asked me to Please contact the local authority to report illegal parking over a dropped kerb, hence I am reporting this here - Thank you.-Stanley Road, Leicester, UK
