Someone has once again dumped furniture in front of my wall. They have also removed the no flytipping sign I was given to put up. This is a common occurance every couple of weeks and is from the house/flats on fosse road north who's alley means they put rubbish on Paget Road. The street is completely sick of this flytrapping it attracts rats,flies and people go through the bags of clothes that have been left at times
