More fly-tipping by the litter bins on New Walk. There seems to have been a sudden surge in fly-tipping in the city centre over the last few weeks. I wonder if the Council or Police could look into it to discover why and sort the problem out at its source. I’m sure the perpetrators could be found and tracked on CCTV if there were time/resources to, especially as it's a criminal offence under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and can result in five years in prison. -132 New Walk, Leicester LE1 7JA
