ROAD CONDITION - PERCIVAL STREET We’ve investigated the situation. The case has been closed, and although we’ve not taken any remedial action at this time, the issue will be monitored to make sure it does not become a more serious issue that falls below the technical standards we’re able to uphold. This is the third time I’m being forced to report the same illegal parking blocking the entrance and exit of our street, and Leicester City Council’s continued inaction is becoming impossible to ignore. Drivers are still trapping residents in and out while the Council does nothing to stop it. Your failure to enforce basic laws is directly allowing this to continue. This situation is unsafe, unacceptable, and entirely avoidable and I will keep logging every incident until you finally take action-37 Morley Road, Leicester, LE5 3HP
