ROAD CONDITION - PERCIVAL STREET We’ve investigated the situation. The case has been closed, and although we’ve not taken any remedial action at this time, the issue will be monitored to make sure it does not become a more serious issue that falls below the technical standards we’re able to uphold. Good day , i’ve been living at the property 1 Elms Road for approximately 4 years now and have encountered a major issue with the pavement that is at the front of the property . The pavement on either side of my driveway is unlevel meaning that any vehicle that is trying to enter my driveway including my personal vehicle ends up scraping the pavement quite badly and no matter how the vehicle angles itself , the drop between the pavement and the road is just too large . This also poses an issue for any construction vehicles trying to offload materials on to my driveway as i’m currently having renovations done .
