Reporting again as no action has been taken - the rubbish continues to fly everywhere due to the bad weather. Pests spotted yet again by the bags of rubbish. Numerous bags of household waste have been left outside the property for about two weeks. We have seen animals and pests breaking the bags. There is also more waste in the back garden. The Owner of the property and previous tenants have just dumped the rubbish and left. The rubbish was flying everywhere during bad weather.
