I am concerned that the building work taking place at 1 Skelton Drive may be causing debris to fall into Saffron Brook which could damage this fragile ecosystem. This includes a sheet of what looks from a distance as though it could be asbestos roofing material. I know that undisturbed asbestos is not harmful but would be reassured to know that there is not more of this or other materials finding their way into the Brook. I am concerned that the building work taking place at 1 Skelton Drive may be causing debris to fall into Saffron Brook which could damage this fragile ecosystem.
