Hello. Regularly use Parker Dr either driving along or using the business in the areas and parking. This road has had a year of works for new pavement and cycle lane. My question is , are cars allowed to park in the new cycle lane and on the new pavement. It seems to be the new normal around there. So are we allowed to park on the pavement or cycle lane. Thanks
