URGENT. Both accessible toilets on Victoria Park have been out of order for over a week. This is unacceptable and I am concerned that Leicester City Council is in violation of their obligations under the 2010 Equality Act. This situation needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY.-Victoria Park

There are overgrown bushes and shrubs in the alleyway between Redwood Walk and Redwood Walk (accessed on Lombardy Rise).
The alleyway has been pad-locked by the council so neither my neighbour nor I can access the alleyway.
Please can these all be chopped down as there have been rats coming into my garden from this overgrown alleyway. Please see pics of alleyway attached.
