For at least 8 months I have had problems with parking at my property (council house) because my neighbor parks her car in such a way that it blocks two parking spaces. An additional neighbor has a driveway which he does not use, the matter is reported to the council by e-mail (housingbenefits@leicester.gov.uk) and to the police.
