For at least 8 months I have had problems with parking at my property (council house) because my neighbor parks her car in such a way that it blocks two parking spaces. An additional neighbor has a driveway which he does not use, the matter is reported to the council by e-mail (housingbenefits@leicester.gov.uk) and to the police. This is the third time I’m being forced to report the same illegal parking blocking the entrance and exit of our street, and Leicester City Council’s continued inaction is becoming impossible to ignore. Drivers are still trapping residents in and out while the Council does nothing to stop it. Your failure to enforce basic laws is directly allowing this to continue. This situation is unsafe, unacceptable, and entirely avoidable and I will keep logging every incident until you finally take action-37 Morley Road, Leicester, LE5 3HP
