For over 10 years, there has been stagnant, dirty water mixed with blood stains, creating an extremely foul smell and an unpleasant sight. This has severely damaged the image of our community, and people now avoid walking down the street. Shockingly, the council has still not taken decisive action to resolve this issue. For over 10 years, there has been stagnant, dirty water mixed with blood stains, creating an extremely foul smell and an unpleasant sight. This has severely damaged the image of our community, and people now avoid walking down the street. Shockingly, the council has still not taken decisive action to resolve this issue. This is a serious and ongoing problem that reflects very poorly on our society, and it urgently requires a permanent solution.
