This open land which belongs to the council, has repeatedly been neglected and has not been maintained. The shrubs which were previously poisoned to NOT grow back again have grown back in full effect. These shrubs need removing from the ROOTS once and for all. They are causing subsidence damage to my property (NO 5 Halstead street, LE5 3RE) and there is ongoing insurance claim. Please can these shrubs fully be removed from its roots once and for all to stop any further damage to my property. -9 Halstead Street, Leicester, LE5 3RE

Nearly every day there is dog poo on this road and as my mother is old she goes for small walk on the road and has trouble walking left right when this poo comes on the way as she has 2 metal knees and walking stick can you please put a sign near her house so people can pick up dog poo so the public can freely walk and make road look nice and clean -10 Sheringham Road, Leicester, LE4 0JQ

Dear Leicester City Council,

I am writing to request that you investigate the position of a streetlight outside my property, as its current location is obstructing and interfering with access to my driveway.

The streetlight is positioned in a way that makes it difficult to use the driveway safely and conveniently. I would therefore like the Council to assess the location and consider relocating the streetlight to a more suitable position where it will continue to provide the necessary public lighting without obstructing access to my property.

I would also like clarification regarding any potential cost. As the streetlight is Council/public infrastructure and was installed without adequate consideration of the impact on access to my driveway, I do not believe it is reasonable to assume that I should be responsible for the cost of moving it. Please therefore investigate the circumstances surrounding its installation and explain the basis for any charge before any work is proposed.
I can provide photographs showing the obstruction and the effect it has on access to the driveway.
I would appreciate this matter being investigated and would be grateful for a written response.
