Car parked blocking entire pavement. This is the pedestrian path to walk on not for cars to be parked on. I as a parent with a buggy how do I go through this narrow space. What about a disabled person.
This irresponsible driver should be given a penalty and points.
Please take Acion otherwise this will continue.
