Several lights out and have been for weeks. Being as there was a major fatality in this area months ago and nights are getting darker I will point out this is a major H&amp;S issue that needs to be addressed extremely urgently. As it could result in further fatalities or accidents -Welford Road Cemetery, Welford Road, Leicester, LE2 7SQ
