These bins were at the back of street. I reported on 23/4/2026 ref NES-WSS-COM 1391 which do not belong to this area. They have been moved to the residential car park at the side of the flats. Andrews close and are hampering parking.-West End Neighbourhood Centre, Andrewes Street, Leicester, LE3 5PA

Residents are regularly leaving their wheelie bins on the public highway after collection day. Bin collections take place every Tuesday, but many bins are not returned to residents’ properties afterwards and remain on the street for several days. This creates an obstruction for pedestrians, wheelchair users, people with pushchairs, and other road users. The grass has been cut on the verges but not under the barriers to stop cars mounting the verges. It looks awful. Sone of it is taller than a person. Some random trees and plants are growing because it's been left so long. It needs cutting back. My worry is it will be treated as "weeds" and get burnt in July.
