yard in the back of the shop is shared between 3 property’s. Yard is blocked with big commercial bin with lots of rubbish flowing outside and including kebab fat dumped on the floor. Large rats (size of squirrels) observed and some which are now deceased and now floating in a big plastic tub outside my business creating a very bad stench due to poor hygiene. Description

This is usual occurrence where young Indian men are drinking and eating and NOT using the bin right next to them. It’s unfortunate that Belgrave Gardens cannot be closed off entirely due to lack of fencing. Overgrown grass is encouraging people to throw litter into the area and is becoming an eyesore. This wasn't the case in previous years when the grass was regularly cut.
