This car is parked almost fully on the footway, not allowing enough space for pedestrians, especially those with pushchairs or wheelchairs. It is parked there every morning when I pass by between 7:30 and 8am. These pictures were taken on separate days. -1B, Milligan Road, Leicester, LE2 8FF

I chose the street cleaning category because the description of street cleaning is "Report an area that needs sweeping or cleansing". This shit building has been unoccupied for many years and some stupid idiots have it down as a listed building. It should not be a listed building in my opinion. It's such a horrible site.
