Cars are being parked just inside the Saltersford Road entrance to Humberstone Park adjacent to the fence. This has resulted in the grass being churned up and mud being spread onto the pedestrian entrance. People are therefore using the vehicle entrance to get onto the park to avoid the mud and putting themselves into danger . I would like to report a vehicle that repeatedly parks in a way that blocks the road and causes obstruction. This has happened multiple times at the following location: Polaris Close Vehicle details: Grey Mercedes (saloon) The vehicle is regularly parked in the middle of the road, making it difficult or impossible for other vehicles to pass. I have attached photos taken on 03/02/26 that clearly show the obstruction, Please could this be investigated, as it is an ongoing issue and affects acc-60 Polaris Close, Leicester, LE2 0UQ
