This van is parked on double yellow lines in front of a sign that says no stopping at any time. The rest of the street is clear and the police have previously warned the driver not to park here. The flats in 161 Hinckley Road continuously leave their bins out on the street they’re always dumping furniture overflowing rubbish and causing an environmental issue. We now have rats seen in the front garden of my property and 161 Hinckley Road, around the open bins. Every few months new stickers are put on the bins but no fines are issued. You, the Council need to fine the landlord to ensure this environmental issue is dealt with appropriately. This has been going on for years. -163 Hinckley Road, Leicester, LE3 0TF

Update!!! Having spoken to the gentleman, he says the Council have spoken to him and told him it's fine to park like that on a number of occasions!! Good evening, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding residents at bovinger road, who consistently leave their waste bin out on the footpath well after collection day. The bin remains on the footpath for the entire week, which not only obstructs the walkway but also impacts the cleanliness and appearance of our street. I walk my dog every day along this footpath, and the bin being left out continuously creates an unnecessary obstacle during our walks. It has become a regular inconvenience, and I believe it’s important to keep the footpath clear for all pedestrians. Attached is a photo taken on Monday at 5 p.m., showing the bin still on the footpath. As the collection day in our area is Wednesday, it has clearly been left out for several days. We take pride in maintaining a neat and pleasant neighbourhood, and I would appreciate the council’s assistance in addressing this ongoing issue.
