This vehicle repeatedly parks on the corner of Matlock Street and Chatsworth Street and no action is being taken. It causes a hindrance to disabled people, parents with wheelchairs and also to vehicle turning from Matlock Street as they are unable to clearly see oncoming vehicles. It also causes an issue for waste trucks and emergency services as it makes it difficult to turn the corner. There has to be some sort of action taken to stop this reoccurrence that happens on a daily basis.
