Constant anti-social behaviour by young men on motorbikes and quad bikes. Also irresponsible parents taking their children for rides on mini motos. Hi, Evington Road is always full of litter and it’s getting worse. I try to pick up a bit when I can, but it’s too much for one person. Can regular street cleaning be arranged? Thanks.
