I am writing to report a vehicle that keeps parking on the pavement and across the junction corner at [street name / junction, near AB Food shop], [postcode].
Vehicle details:

• Make/model: Blue Audi Q2 TDI
• Date and time seen: Sunday 18 October 2026, about 12:20
The car is parked partly on the footway right on the corner of the junction, within the 10 metres from a junction that Rule 243 of the Highway Code says not to park in. This:
