I have concerns that the butchers at the top of Francis st. are permanently blocking the pavement with 3 commercial bins, a black one with an orange lid, a blue one and a green one with a blue lid. <br/>They are not only blocking the pavement but I suspect have some unpleasant by products from the shop waste - one week there was a pungent black liquid leaking that has permanently stained the tarmac.<br/> I would expect that these 3 commercial bins should be kept on their property and only put out on collection days, but I understand that they have made an enclosure where the bins should be stored and this area is now used for something like smoking meat, even though it is only semi-enclosed.<br/>None of this seems quite acceptable to me, is it?.
