Reporting AGAIN. I spotted the last pile you'd added flytipping tape to I think but it's still happe ing every week! The street is full of trash! It might be cultural we have a lot of medics from around the world round here and students neither of which seem to know how to handle trash from what I've seen at my own block. Maybe some for of education/training is needed because if you keep cleaning they'll keep dumping -10 Mint Road, Leicester, LE2 7EB
