Within two days of the adjacent lamppost bring reported as not working this one, which was working, was switched off or also broke. It is unclear why this one has also suddenly stopped. Residents question whether coincidence. am reporting ongoing dog and cat fouling outside and directly at my front door on Howden Road. This happens repeatedly and is getting worse. Several neighbours own dogs and cats, and I know number 39 has both. The animals are allowed to roam and foul on my property. I have cleaned this many times, but it continues.
