am reporting ongoing dog and cat fouling outside and directly at my front door on Howden Road. This happens repeatedly and is getting worse. Several neighbours own dogs and cats, and I know number 39 has both. The animals are allowed to roam and foul on my property. I have cleaned this many times, but it continues.
