Car come to hawarden avenue, looked around before chucking rubbish on the floor (lots of tissues). Then tried to leave bag of rubbish there. Were confronted about it and told to pick it up. said they were only leaving it outside 'for the smell'. Would have left it there if not confronted. Took bag of rubbish but left all the tissues behind which you can see them dropping at start of video-Hawarden Avenue, Leicester, UK

Business owner keeps putting recycling and general rubbish out early sometimes Sunday/ Monday . I have tried asking them politely to put their items out on Tuesday for the scheduled Wednesday collection. Unfortunately she is not being co operative . This drain is not only blocked with earth but weeds have grown over it! The drain needs cleaning out and gutters need cleaning with a shovel and weeding.
When it next rains heavily, the rainwater will run down Kimberley Road, adding to flooding risk. Regular drains maintenance is required.-2 Oakfield Road, Leicester, LE2 1LU
