As a Disabled person holding a Blue Badge I am quite concerned that are parking vehicles in Disabled parking bay and yellow lines adjacent to the Counting House on Almond Road Leicester, there are a number of Disabled Bays full of cars showing no Blue Badge and I was unable to park there to enter the counting house for lunch. It seems have a monopoly on parking around the Counting House and this should be stopped as the designated parking bays are solely marked Blue Badge Holders Only.-The Counting House, 40 Almond Road, Leicester, LE2 7LH
