Again Council have no traffic wardens monitoring this road. Cars parked on both side double yellow lines half on pavement half on road? all way through thats just one photo. Why are they parked everyday like this. Pavements are for people to walk on not for parking! If this was to happen in any other street, people will get parking fines. Why aren't these cars?
