Again Council have no traffic wardens monitoring this road. Cars parked on both side double yellow lines half on pavement half on road? all way through thats just one photo. Why are they parked everyday like this. Pavements are for people to walk on not for parking! If this was to happen in any other street, people will get parking fines. Why aren't these cars? Why is the council afraid to have parking wardens monitoring this street? We have to walk middle of road which is unsafe! -40 Kent Street, Leicester, LE2 0AY
