Spinney Hill Park has been littered with rubbish even though bins are provided. This is an issue for many months and spoils the enjoyment of the park. Some education of park users needs to be carried out if this issue is to be resolved at source. Otherwise, it will keep recurring. I urge councillors to take action on the mandate they were elected on.

It is deeply upsetting to see the condition the park as it is, when it should be a welcoming and safe place for children to play and enjoy.-Thyme, The Pavilion, Spinney Hill Park, East Park Road, Leicester, LE5 5DN
