There are rats running around in broad daylight in Spinney hill park, this is near the brook, towards east park road.
There have been few rats running on at least 5-6 occasions. This is a huge pest problem.

This address on Diseworth st puts bin on road which is illegal and causes obstruction , these pics are taken on different days
Bin is put to block disabled bay all day and night and if anyone removes it the home owners and family abuse shout argue and threaten

Several warnings have been given and the legality explained yet they continue to do this day and night as state it is their bay and they have legal right to obstruct the bay /public road and they paid for the spot
