This address on Diseworth st puts bin on road which is illegal and causes obstruction , these pics are taken on different days Bin is put to block disabled bay all day and night and if anyone removes it the home owners and family abuse shout argue and threaten Several warnings have been given and the legality explained yet they continue to do this day and night as state it is their bay and they have legal right to obstruct the bay /public road and they paid for the spot Warning needs to be g-6 Diseworth Street, Leicester, LE2 0DA
