The bridge next to the church has a ledge on it. When the environment agency were contacted to clear a blockage in the brook, they were asked to clear the ledge of the bridge. They didn't. The area is a designated flood area and we try to be proactive in keeping it clear. the ledge is used by us to clear out debris as it appears to prevent flooding. Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally request full resurfacing of Barkby Road. As attached, the asphalt surface is severely degraded with widespread potholes, crumbling tarmac, and structural wear along the carriageway. This creates serious hazards for motorists, cyclists, and heavy commercial transport frequenting the industrial area. Patch repairs are no longer sufficient; complete resurfacing is urgently needed to ensure road safety.

Please schedule full repairs.

Thank you.-117 Barkby Road, Leicester, LE4 9LG

Dear Sir/Madam,

I request an increase in street sweeping and leaf clearance across Bardolph Street during autumn, with litter pickups occuring daily. Fallen leaves mixed with litter create severe slip hazards for pedestrians and conceal potholes for road users.

Decaying leaves also wash into storm gullies, causing drain blockages and localized surface flooding. Temporarily boosting clearance patrols will maintain public safety and protect municipal drainage infrastructure.

Thank you.-28 Bardolph Street, Leicester, LE4 6EF

I wish to report ongoing illegal parking and a road-safety concern associated with late-night activity outside on Checketts Road.

Cars can be seen parked on double yellow lines while people are walking in/around the road late at night, creating a potential hazard. Of particular concern, the business itself has publicly advertised the late-night activity on social media, with footage appearing to show the parking and pedestrian situation.

I am attaching the publicly posted evidence and would ask the Council to investigate and undertake appropriate action for parking/highways enforcement/permission to sale mid night - keep me anonymous -142 Checketts Road, Leicester, LE4 5EQ
