They keep bin in front of door of common passage . I’m cancer patient . I often need to come out of common passage on wheel chair but I could not use it because of bin placed. And also there is no cover on bin as well. I told them many times to keep bin in their area but they refuse it every time.. it’s more than year now. The footpath in front of my shop is uneven, and it fills with water when it rains. I am scared that my clients will fall down and get hurt. The water is also damaging my property, and I have already had to change the flooring inside my shop twice.
