Everyday is an issue people are just dumping things and causing havoc within vermin we have everything on cctv yet no one is convicted. Putting council on notice for negligence. The whole park is full of litter eg food waste, bottles food packets ect.. I have visited Victoria park and other parks around Leicester and have never see. Such filth. Spinner hill park needs urgent action especially the bins overflowing with food that hasn’t been emptied. Very shocking.
