As we have witnessed there was quite a heavy rain today and 15 minutes of time the whole footpath out side my house is and as you can see in photo the gutter water is also coming out and holding all the stinky water is storing in front of the house now my family is not able to go out as to much water is out side and and smell a lot and not good for health and every-time there is a rain this happens Can someone please try fix this issue for us as soon as possible we have aged people in the ho-268 Blackbird Road, Leicester, LE4 0AG

The whole park is full of litter eg food waste, bottles food packets ect.. I have visited Victoria park and other parks around Leicester and have never see. Such filth. Spinner hill park needs urgent action especially the bins overflowing with food that hasn’t been emptied. Very shocking.
