The street is absolutely filthy! There's rubbish everywhere. When the wind blows the rubbish comes into the entrace of our nursery. It's a health and safety hazard. There used to be street sweepers throughout the day but that doesn't seem to be haplening. Can this pleasd be looked at. Its quite disgusting, unsughtly and very unprofessional. We're not some third world country that this has suddently become the acceptable standard in the UK -Rolleston Street, Leicester LE5 3SD, UK

The areas of Oakley Road and meynell Road are infested with rats, to the extent they are now nesting in cars. Dead rats in the road.
